China’s jewelry industry in such an opportunity and challenge coexist in the special period, such as the impact of the financial crisis still exists; the international brand enters constantly; the guide of domestic policy; the rapid development of industry; the industrial environments improve the develop. How to seize the opportunity, avoid risk, rapid and steady development, has become the urgent problem of the company.With China’s economic rapidly growth and diamond tariff adjustment, China becomes the most potential market of jewelry in Asian-Pacific region and even in the world. The jewelry industry has broad development prospects because of the raise of the national living conditions. As gold prices continue to rise, consumers pay more attention to investment products, such as gold bullion investment.The strategy is the basic of the enterprise survival and development. Strategic design in jewelry business and brand development plays an important role. If the jewelry enterprises want to develop steadily and rapidly, and occupies a larger market share, we must understand the market and consumer demand in time. We should use the research methods of strategy management theory, the dynamic competition strategy theory, theory of market structure, the development of retail business theory, and SWOT theory, and through the analyze of the jewelry industry abroad, domestic, internal and external, both inside and outside the company, and clear the advantages and disadvantages of the company to design strategy goal for the company, so that enterprises can better and faster development.This article takes the Inner Mongolia gold jewelry limited company as the research objects, combines with the Inner Mongolia gold in the company’s development situation, targeted to Inner Mongolia gold jewelry limited company development strategy study, and design the corresponding strategic content. And then put forward the overall company and phase of the development of strategic thinking, and to formulate the corresponding matching function, and strategic measures.
