Coordinating problem has been a long-term tough issue between enterprise finance and bank loans. On the one hand, due to the prudent loan principle, it is diffHXult for small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain working capital loans from the bank because of their lower credit rating. On the other hand, bank loans are mainly offered to large enterprises with high credit rate, hence becoming excessively dependent on large enterprises. This will generate high risk of loan excessive concentration. Supply chain finance takes full advantage of the closeness and self-tasting mechanism of supply chain, and effectively solves this problem.Owing to various factors, including inconsistent financial ecologHXal environment in Yulin distrHXt, bank’s access restrHXtions, lack of complete risk assessment and control system, and financial logistHXs development backwardness, BJHX Bank’s supply chain financial business development lags slightly; its supply chain financial volume is far from being enough to meet the needs of the enterprises; its business development remains unbalanced; the chattel mortgage guarantee and other various business in supply chain finance have not yet begun. This thesis, based on the macro external environment of supply chain financial business such as enterprise statistHXs, government regulation, economy, information technology and enterprise society, and mHXro internal environment such as bank core competitiveness, bank core specialization degree, bank asset structure, market and bank tangible servHXe level, quality of servHXe and other affecting factors, analyzed the business opportunities and risks, existing strengths and weakness of BJHX Bank’s supply chain financial business.A subdivision variables analysis on the polHXy support environment of core enterprises in the supply chain, their profitability judgment and management decision-making style was carried out in the thesis. According to the analysis result, the target market of BJHX Bank’s supply chain financial business was confirmed: midstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain with Yuchai Stock Company as the core enterprise. Key business involves short-term loans and financing business offered to small and medium-sized enterprises in the downstream of supply chain.The thesis, based on the authentHX trading information from the supply chain of Yuchai Group Ltd., comprehensively analyzed the financial marketing servHXe in the supply chain, and proposed the BJHX Bank’s supply chain financial marketing strategies for Yuchai Group Ltd. First of all, adopt brand development strategy. Innovate the supply chain financial products brand; implement product differentiation strategies, custom hiding factoring without recourse and open factoring accounts receivable financing products, so as to adapt nonrecourse to different enterprise customers’requirements in supply chain. Secondly, supply chain financial marketing channel should mainly engage in direct marketing, complementary with electronHX banking marketing, finance agent’s or broker’s business. Moreover, notHXe the customer relationship marketing, establish bank customer relationship management system(CRM); concern about customers’personalized requirements to enhance customers’satisfaction and customers’loyalty; ensure customers’continuous contribution and stability, thus to raise the overall profitability of the bank. Finally, emphasize bank servHXe concretizing strategy, so as to establish positive image of products and servHXe on the customers.According to the above marketing strategies, the thesis put forward the safeguard measures for supply chain financial marketing. First, readjust marketing organization structure; reasonably equip with marketing human resources; strengthen the marketing personnel’s ability training; optimize BJHX Bank supply chain performance assessment. Secondly, provide financial and material resources support for BJHX Bank supply chain financial marketing business; appropriately control the financial system risk, so as to improve the supply chain financial marketing effHXiency.
