Nowadays, supply chain administration has become an advanced popular management of administration of the modern enterprises. As the condition of economy development becoming complex and the globalization of competition, the competition of market has become the competition of supply chain. As a brand new financial type, supply chain financing is a new direction of credit service with expansive prospect. It gives commercial bank the new market and growth point of business, and it is earning the attention of enterprises because of its effective reduction of the costing of supply chain administration.On the basis of the theory and practice background of the development of supply chain financing business, apply the theories of SWOT and4P, this essay brings up the marketing strategy of supply chain financing of BOC Inner Mongolia Branch.This essay first gives a brief introduction of the characteristics, necessaries and importance of supply chain financing. Second, through analyzing the marketing environments in China, this essay finds out the opportunities and threats which influence the supply chain financing development of Chinese merchant bank. Third, to find the strengths and weaknesses in the inner environment of Chinese merchant bank, by SWOT analysis, the essay focused on the market strategy.
