Study On Estimating The Value Of Cultivated Land Ecosystem Services And Economic Compensation Of Cultivated Land Protection In Zhuzhou Area

Cultivated land has not only value to provide for human life and production data with indirect value, such as the regulation of climate, self-restraint Fountainhead, maintaining nutrient cycling, soil and water conservation, protection of national food security and social stability. At present, because lower return of cultivated land use accelerated conversion of cultivated land, abusing of construction land, making food security and ecological safety in our country face a serious threat.This paper is based on based theory of the Cultivated land ecosystem service function and benefit of cultivated land utilization from direct and indirect value of the value of Cultivated land ecosystem service function, selecting nine service function evaluation factors such as crop production, carbon fixation and oxygen release, Clean environment, water conservation, maintenance cycle of nutrients and formation of new soil and so on, valuing the farmland ecosystem service function of Zhuzhou area in2010with the method of energy analysis methods, being based on this measure, taking2010as the base year, attempts to measure the economic compensation of cultivated land protection in Zhuzhou area. Then getting the economic compensation of cultivated land protection standard of Zhuzhou area urban counties by the collective development stage coefficient and output of cultivated land, getting the main land use types of economic compensation for farmland protection standard of Zhuzhou area by the amendment of the indirect value of per unit area ecosystem service function. And based on a comprehensive economic compensation standard of cultivated land protection of Zhuzhou area in the benchmark year, getting each year’s for the social development stage coefficient of each year and cultivated land output correction of unit area.The result of calculation is that2010Zhuzhou city farmland ecosystem service function value of1.12×1010yuan, which direct the value of7.38×109yuan,3.87×109yuan for indirect value. The economic compensation of cultivated land protection practical standard of Zhuzhou area in2010is1.31million yuan/ha.This study based on quantitative analysis of the value of Cultivated land ecosystem service function and calculation of the standard of economic compensation for farmland protection determines the economic compensation standard of cultivated land protection area, expecting to formulate the compensation standard of farmland preservation to the municipality of Zhuzhou, making the economic compensation of cultivated land protection standards provide a train of thought for our country, promoting China’s economic compensation mechanism of cultivated land protection and improving the efficiency of the cultivated land protection.
