ICBC aims to build "The first retail bank in China", and takes financial planningas a breakthrough for developing retail business. This paper deeply analyzed theoperating mode of ICBC financial planning. First of all, it investigated the contents offinancial products and services offered by ICBC. Then, it analyzed impact of marketsupply and demand on ICBC financial planning. Based on further investigation intoICBC financial planning management, integrated internal and external factors, thefollowing suggestions for the development of ICBC financial planning was broughtforward: First, to explore product varieties, and give equal attention to public financialplanning; Second, to strengthen internal supervision and control the product risks;Third, to attach great importance to personnel training and outperform the competitorswith professional quality; Fourth, to strengthen service consciousness and optimizerelationship marketing. It is hoped that the research can contribute to the healthy,proper and sustainable development of ICBC financial planning.
