Study On The Safety Management In The Construction Of Power Plants For Shandong Electric Power Co.,Ltd

Safety of electric power construction projects is related to the happiness of staff and their family, to the existence and development of enterprises, and to the harmony and stability of the society. However, the current electric power construction safety management is not ideal in our country. With the characteristics of narrow operation space, short construction period, including more high altitude operation, crossover operation, and welding operation, electric power construction brings more difficulty to safety management, and with the expanding of scale and installed capacity of new power plants, the situation will be more grim. As a newly established company, Shandong Electric Power Co., Ltd doesn’t have a high-level of electric power construction project safety management. Based on his work, taking the safety management in power plant construction project as the research object, the author has studied on safety management in electric power construction projects.Firstly, status quo and development trend of the domestic and foreign research on safety management in electric power construction projects has been introduced, the basic knowledge, basic theory and risk control technology has been summarized, for laying a foundation for analyzing and solving the problems of safety management in electric power construction projects. Then, the paper collected safety management records of four construction projects of the company owned enterprises before its establishment. Through material statistics and analysis, main problems in construction project safety management of the company were found out. Based on this, applying modern safety management theory and tools, drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign enterprises advanced management experience, electric construction project safety management scheme and practical supervisory program in Shandong Electric Power Co., Ltd are put forward. After implementation of these measures during construction of the second phase of LFD power plant, the thesis makes more contrast analysis on the implementation and preliminary data. The results show that the scheme of this thesis has improved the safety management effectively, and the research has achieved the expected objective. Finally, the author puts forward the personal experience and gives advice to power construction project safety management.
