Study On Safety Management Of Ph Home Construction Project In JiLin Province

The problems of safety management are becoming more and more serious.In the era of paying attention to economic development,the supervision on the safety of construction projects is not matched with the development speed of construction projects,resulting in frequent safety accidents of construction projects,which brings great harm to life and property.The safety accident of construction project is seen in the news media,which has been widely concerned by the whole society.The state has issued various laws and regulations to regulate the production safety of construction project,and enterprises attach great importance to the safety management and adhere to the management policy of "safety first,prevention first".However,compared with the safety management of foreign developed countries,the safety management of construction projects in China has some problems,such as loose supervision,immature mode,backward means and inadequate element management.The high safety accident rate makes people's life and property safety seriously threatened.In this study,Ji Lin PH technology intelligent home furnishing co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "PH home furnishing construction project")was selected as the research object to conduct in-depth research on the safety management of the project.PH home construction project belongs to traditional wood processing industry in China,facing unprecedented pressure and challenge.With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for product quality is getting higher and higher.Traditional industries need to constantly innovate and develop new products to meet the market demand.The completion of PH home construction project will promote the development of local economy,solve some jobs,and also bring some profits to the builders.In the process of project construction,attention should be paid to production safety management to ensure the smooth delivery of the project and its early operation.The study combed the construction projects safety management in our country's related knowledge,to construction project safety management,safety management of construction project organization,the construction site of hazard identification and safety evaluation of construction project,the PDCA cycle theory in safety management,construction project safety management in our country present situation carries on the summary and the content such as generalization,which laid the theoretical basis of this study.By analyzing the status quo and existing problems of safety management of PH home construction project,it is found that there are many problems in its organization,responsibility implementation,management objectives and technologies,facilities and equipment management,and site safety management.To solve these problems,from specific safety management to improve the overall train of thought,perfect the safety management organization,management mode and application of the PDCA cycle security to strengthen the construction site of each element in the safety management,give full play to the supervision of the safety management measures aspects,from education and training,emergency plan,technology,performance and incentive mechanism analysis of several aspects,such as the implementation of security measures to ensure the smooth realization of the goal of safety management.
