| JDZ company is part of the JDZ Coking Industry Corporation. After20years development under the leadership of the Corporation, the business expanded to more areas, such as gas supply and gas engineering design, construction, gas technology consulting. The company is consisted of three departments,20city’s service network, about45,000customers, which had made tremendous contribution to the development of ceramics in Jingdezhen, but the company is in the very low efficiency of data management, which affects the company’s economic efficiency.This thesis describes and analysis the status of JDZ gas company’s data management and management effectiveness, establishes a data management system which includes the organizational structure in the process of data management, file systems and resources, data modules, and data processing analysis methods. Then makes a detailed functional description of each part, establishes a data management performance evaluation system, using AHP method to evaluate the management effectiveness of the implementing of the data management system.To get the evaluation value through the evaluation of the implementing of the data management, to analysis the reasons that lead to a low evaluation value and take corresponding improvement measures and proposals to enhance the capacity and efficiency of the company’s data management to ensure the quality of the data management of the corporate, reduce the probability of loss due to improper data management, enhance the company’s earnings, but also to provide a guarantee for the company to get high customer satisfaction and excellent brands. |
