Study On Public Policy Of Green Agriculture Development

“For policy, sufficient food is of the most important”. Food is the first necessityof the people, safety is the most important thing in food, the basement of safety isgreen. Since the21th century, the development of green agriculture has been concernedwidely around the world. Entered the21th century, the development of greenagriculture had arose highly attention by Chinese government. The21th century is theage of green agriculture revolution and also the age of building green civilization.Green agriculture is the important sigh of human entering a green civilization era. Themethod of agriculture development turns from extensive form into intensive form. Itbecomes our country’s basic state policy. To develop green agriculture, to built anindustrial system, to push on the green civilization’s contribution fully reflects theconcept of people oriented, develop scientifically and environmentally. Throughouthuman society, history of the world is the history of economy while the history ofeconomy is the history of agriculture, which also is the history of finance. Sincecurrency showed up, it’s hard for us to find one simple thing being able to develop fastwithout finance. Therefore, who can play an important role in the process of greenagriculture development? In my point of view, as a unique agriculture policy bankwhich puts agriculture development on the primary place especially under currentfinancial system, Agriculture Development Bank of China is able to be part of them.Based on this background, discussing how to support green agriculture developmentfor the policy banks in our country, this topic is selected to be my master thesis.This article is composed by foreword and four parts. Foreword is the introductionof the background and significant of this topic. It is the usual practice of master thesis’writing.The introduction part expounds the significance of green agricultural developmentand China’s policy in green agricultural development support.The first part of thispaper discusses the development of green agriculture, summarizes the concept of green agriculture. The paper discusses the significance of green agriculture, and agricultureaccounts for the proportion of the national economy has increased year by year whichlays the foundation for the development of green agriculture.The second part of thispaper introduces the establishment and development of agricultural policy China bank,analyzes the functions and tasks of Agricultural Development Bank of China, andcontribution to the development of green agriculture.The third part of this paper mainlyintroduces the foreign support green agriculture policy financial experience, contributeto our green agricultural extension ideas, achieve better development.The fourth part ofthis paper presents banks on the development of green agricultural financial support forthe existing problems of Chinese policy, discusses the green agricultural reserve loanproblems agricultural issue, how to adjust the functions of banks to adapt to thedevelopment of green agriculture, the implementation of green credit deficiencies, anddiscuss the government’s green credit support policy is not perfect.In the fifth part,according to the government policy to support the proposed maneuverabilitysuggestions and methods, and hope that through implementation of these measures,strengthen the green credit support, the development of green agriculture better andfaster.
