| Taking a new road to industrialization and promoting the integration of informatization and industrialization is a significant strategic decision made by China. The integration of information technology and industrialization fully embodies the forward-looking of our nation in the new historical conditions. Informatization level is an important sign to measure the national and regional comprehensive strength, is the inevitable choice to accelerate the realization of industrialization and modernization, and is an important means to realize the scientific development view. Coal industry is an important part of China’s economic development, and completing the integration of informatization and industrialization is the only way for it to change from extensive energy consumption to intensive one.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support for the transformation of resource-based city development. The paper mainly includes six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the research background, research status, research contents, research methods and innovation. The second chapter, as the premise to study maturity evaluation of the industrialization and informatization of coal industry, presents some basic concepts and theories, such as Informatization, Industrialization, the integration of the informatization and industrialization, maturity, and the relation between them. Besides, it introduces some related theories of integration of industrialization and informatization in coal industry. Chapter3and chapter4are the main parts of this paper, which firstly analyze the key elements of maturity evaluation of the integration of informatization and industrialization and establish the evaluation index system, secondly build evaluation index weight according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and finally put forward the maturity model of the integration of the informatization and industrialization, perfect the evaluation system of enterprise, and make their stage of development clear. Chapter5is a case study. The maturity evaluation of the integration of informatization and industrialization is used to analyze coal industry in Gujiao, Shanxi province. Chapter6is about conclusion and strategy, pointing out the main existing problems during the integration in coal industry, making a brief planning to its future development, and presenting some corresponding strategies.The coal industry plays a vital role in the national economic growth. Through the research of maturity evaluation of integration of informatization and industrialization in coal industry, this paper helps enterprises to locate its development level in the integration process, and has great strategic and practical significance for the government to formulate economic development strategy. |
