A Study On The Basic Theory And Solution Of The Fusion Of The Informationization And Industrialization

The fusion of informationization and industrialization is proposed from summaring the experience of China’s informationization and industrialization by the CPC, to adapt to the new situation and the requirements of development. It is the great significance for implementing the Scientific Concept of Development and bulding the well-off society and accelerating the speed of the socialist modernization. It is also the important significance for promoting industrial upgrading, changing the economic growth, and coping with the financial crisis. Accelerate the promotion of fusion of informationization and industrialization is conducive to enhance the capacity of industrial innovation, to foster the development of new industries and new economic growth point, to optimize industrial structure, to build modern industrial system and the promotion of economic development mode. Along with the construction of test area and gradually explore of the internet of things, the fusion of informationization and industrialization has become the strategic initiatives to cover the overall development of China’s economy.The development of informationization must be supported and ensured by industrialization’s development. Both of them are blended each other. And it is a screwed up process. Only by doing this can we realize the development of national economy harmoniously, high-quality and effectively. At present, the degree and depth of fusion of informationization and industrialization is needed to enhance in our country. It is the key that to keep development of economy stably and quickly by pushing the fusion of informationization and industrialization. And it is a global fatal mission related to development of national economy. Accordingly, China must do the research work of the fusion of informationization and industrialization in-depth on the base of fully grasping the current status of informatization and industrialization. This study clearly has a great theoretical and practical significance. Also, because fusion of two in our country is a new proposition, there are not fully mature theory can be learned in the world. It is an urgent need to conduct in-depth research. This research work provides a strong theoretical support for further promote of fusion of informationization and industrialization in our country.This article analyses and researches the integration of two step by step from theory to practice. In our country, it promotes the integration of two and the coordinated development between information field and industry. Thus it provides basic theoretic evidences, put forward ideas and measures to solve problems for promoting the integration of two to the direction of all-round, multi-level and high level development. Details are as follows:1. Use the industrial convergence theory, the late-mover advantage theory, the leap-forward development theory and the theory of national competitive advantage related to integration of the two theories. Integration of the two is the high level of industrial integration. And it is analyzed through different angles and different levels. Integration of the two is the inevitable choice to exert China’s late-mover advantage and achieve leap-forward development, is the strategic choice to enhance national competition, is the certain choice to informationize national economy and social depth. Ultimately, it comes to a conclusion that our fusion of informationization and industrialization is an inevitable choice for economic development and our country should fully exert late-mover advantage, achieve leap-forward economic development, then finally advance our national competition.2. In the base of full analyzing our informationization and industrialization development level and its measure, we did an in-depth research for the theories related the relationship between informationization and industrialization. Then we come up with improved gray T-relational model. And use it to analyze the integration degree of informationization and industrialization. Then it provides a theoretical basis for our country’s development of integration between informationization and industrialization. And it also provides evidences for monitoring and evaluating of integration and formulating relevant economic development strategy.3. In reviewing the development of China’s informationization and industrialization process, we discuss that, in the new historical period, our government plays a role which can not be replaced whether in the creation of policy environment or in the guiding, promoting and supporting aspects. And our government proposed the work emphasis and measures in integration of two. Then we are ready for promoting China’s industrial transformation and upgrading, birth new industries, pushing economic development mode shift in response to the post-crisis era.4.1n European countries, Japan and other developed countries, their industrialization level is higher than China’s, informationization started earlier than China. They have accumulated some experience at integration of informationization and industrialization deserved to learn by China. This paper summarizes and analyzes the American earlier industrialization and later informationization, the EU’s enterprise informationization and use of information technology to improve traditional industry directly, the Japanese information technology strategy and government-led model, Korea’s new IT strategy and other industrial developed countries’ integration of informationization and industrialization model. And we also combine the Internet of things with the current development situation at home and abroad, put forward the integration of informationization and industrialization model----the Internet of things. It can achieve informationization of our national economy and social depth through the Internet of things model.5. Based on the above theory, we combine with our government’s establishing integration of two experiment work space for further speed up the integration of informationization and industrialization. We test and validate this theories that whether integration of two exerting our country’s late-mover advantage and achieving leapfrog development, whether informationize the national economy and social depth, and government’s effect in the experiment work space. After it, we can see that the main work of our government’s experiment work space at present is pushing regional economic integration and social depth of informationization through integration of two in establishing the experiment space. Integration of two drives the economic development in pilot areas. The Government’s promoting, guiding, environment creating and other effects can not be denied.6. Based on the above theory research and practice authentication, I give the relevant policy recommendation about China’s integration development of informationization and industrialization from the overall development ideas, strategic objectives, policy options and recommendations for research.
