Study On Logistic Development Pattern Of Tianjin Huisheng Port

Tianjin Port is an international hub at North China.Tianjin Huisheng Port,as the subordinate of Tianjin Port,is the largest cargo port in our country.They are both playing an important role in China economic development.The factors including economic globalization, the implementation of western development strategy, the construction of Bohai economic circus as well as a plan of international shipping center at North China will bring opportunities to Tianjin Port’s cargo logistics. Meanwhile, it also has been threatened by the factors as the competition for the international cargo hub among the Northeast Asia ports, the struggle for the hinterland among Bohai ports, international financial crisis at2008. With the help of Huisheng Port,who has enhanced his investment, Cargo Port get rid of the difficulty about short of cargo berths, also give a fresh idea for developing new pattern.Compared international cargo hubs such as Hong Kong, Singapore,Rotterdam, Shanghai, Tianjin Huisheng Port has its own advantages as well as certain disparities. Facing some cargo logistics models such as international cargo logistics center, region logistics system, city-port development, how to select is research key of this article.Both qualitative and quantitative methods and modern logistics theory have been used to study Tianjin Huisheng Port cargo logistics development pattern. First, the text analyzes the research status of cargo logistics at home and abroad. Second, basing on SWOT analysis model this paper analyzes external environment and internal condition of the development of Tianjin Huisheng Port cargo logistics in future, and also proposes development strategy to it. Moreover, after reviewing several kinds of cargo logistics development patterns, and by using the analytic hierarchy process to carry on the quantitative analysis,this paper adopt the best one, regional logistic hub center. Then according to the reality the text proposes seven safeguard for the future changing of Tianjin Huisheng Port cargo logistics pattern. Finally, the text summarizes results and shortcomings. The article will have positive reference to the promotion of competitiveness and the pattern planning of Tianjin Huisheng Port cargo logistics.
