Urban And Rural Resources Flows In The Context Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the trend of the development of economic society, which plays a positive role of expand the need of our country, realizes economic growth, promotes social progress, improves people’s livelihood and so on. The Urban and rural resource flows, mainly refers to urban and rural labor resources, land resources, capital resources and other resources. It is very essential to deal with the convection problem of urban and rural for breaking up the binary structure of dual and transforming the economy structure into the modern economy structure.With the process of urbanization, there are some problems becoming increasingly prominent, such as over-concentrated urban population,, imbalanced distribution of social elements、the damage of ecological environment and natural resource etc.. Thus, this urban and rural resource flows attracts a lot of researchers around the world. Under the background of urbanization, how to make urban and rural resource flows more effectively affects not only the speed of urbanization but also the development of the national economy and social progress. Overall, urban and rural resource flows can eliminate the dual economy structure, and promote the integration of urban and rural.In recent years, the urbanization pace and the overall urban competitiveness of Anhui Province have developed faster and faster, And compared with the level of urbanization of the national average and other provinces in the Central, the gap between them is gradually narrowed. The "100Town1000Village" project promoted the construction of new village, the development of rural urbanization, and the illumination for the flows mechanism of urban and rural resources. While in the process of urbanization, there are still some constraints, such as the lack of industrialization tension and rural urbanization thrust. In other words, both the constraints of advancing urbanization and the mechanism of developing urbanization have not formed yet. In this paper, the process of urbanization in Anhui Province was analyzed and the problems in the flows of urban and rural resources were showed and we suggested some relevant policies and guidances as a summary. Based on the theory of Urbanization, this research used the principles of regional economics, industrial economics, development economics and Econometrics. Firstly, analyze the situation and problems of urban and rural resource flows in Anhui province. Secondly, use models in econometric to analyze urban and rural resource flows. Finally, make suggestions considering the results of the analyzed results.Specifically, this paper first introduced the theoretical literature of urbanization and the flows of urban and rural resources. Then choosed Anhui Province as the study object to analyze with Factor analysis method, and induced the problems and irrationality of this flows. Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, proposed the suggestions on the flows These suggestions were highly targeted to promote rational resource flows of Anhui Province, which was conducive to the formulation of policy for achieving the coordinated development in urban and rural improving the living standards, and ultimately forming the integration of urban and rural.
