Research On Property Right Interest Arrangements And Enthusiasm In Developing Cultural Touirsm Resources

Based on Equity Theory, this paper mainly uses disincentive action of EquityTheory to analysis the arrangement of property right of cultural resource in LiannanYao Autonomous County, including right to know, right to participate, right to makedecision and right to gain interest. Besides, the author also looks into the affects thatproper arrangement of property right brings to the enthusiasm of local people duringthe process of developing cultural tourism resources. The results indicate that, thearrangement of property right of cultural resource in Liannan Yao AutonomousCounty is improper, which reduces local people’s enthusiasm to develop theircultural resource. At last, the author comes up with several suggestions to helppromote Liannan Yao Autonomous County’s tourism economy.This paper consists of4parts:The first chapter is introduction; it cludes the background, meaning, purpose,research methods, research framework and innovation of this paper, predicting thefeasibility and scientificity of this article.The second chapter is literature review. In this part, the author gets to know thedefinition and function of property right, definition and function of satisfactionthrough a large number of literature researches, and get a deep understanding of theeffect of property rights interest arrangements on enthusiasm in the process ofdeveloping cultural tourism resources. Through this literature review the author findout that currently few researcher have done research from the angle of propertyrights interests arrangements, thus the author uses this angle to do my research.Chapter three is a case analysis. The author uses the case of Liannan YaoAutonomous County to analyze the situation of property rights interestarrangements in their county by gathering information and doing several on-the-spotinvestigations, and then, the author uses the incentive effects of property rights toanalyze why local people lose their enthusiasm in developing their tourist andculture resources. Chapter four is conclusion and suggestion. This article confirms that theincentive effects of property rights have certain effect on local people’s enthusiasmin developing their culture resource, improper arrangement of property right dolead to the lack of enthusiasm in developing tourist and culture resources. At last,the author indicates the limitations of this paper and directions for future research.
