Case Study On The Quality Management System Optimization Of Lian Zhong Corporation

Quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise, and quality management is an important part of the management of enterprises. To improve quality management in a high level is beneficial to improving enterprise management, and improving work quality, ensure the product quality, win the confidence of the users and increase economic efficiency. Quality management requires the active participation of all employees to continuously improve their quality and play their own role in the quality management activities..This paper endeavored to analyze by case study, firstly research background, significance and research routines are described, and then current status and existing problems relating to quality management of Lian Zhong Corporation were summarized, and object of this paper was indicated. Based on these status and problems, according to the industry background and characteristics of enterprise, basic reasons were deeply analyzed why such problems happened in Lian Zhong Corporation. Finally, implementation principles and solution to realize quality management system optimization dealing with the above-mentioned problems were suggested.This paper focused on four aspects including quality culture construction, improvement of system of quality management, network construction of quality management and reasonable rewards and punishment in quality management when summarizing, analyzing and solving the existing problems, this four aspects are also main problems that Lian Zhong Corporation have to face, therefore, reasonable solution to deal with them is the main object of this paper.Above all, This paper, based on quality management theory, analyzed existing problems in the quality management of LianZhong Corporation, and focused on quality culture, improvement of the system, information construction and rewards and punishment rules to put forward the suggestion on the optimization of the quality management problem. Parts of the results would be helpful for those similar types of equipment manufacturing enterprises, especially for those nuclear power equipment ones.
