With the China’s state-owned enterprises reform accelerating, human resources become more important to enterprise survival and development, the key question of human resources management is how to attract, retain and motivate talented people. More and more companies began to realize in order to ensure the healthy growth of enterprise; you need to have a sound management philosophy. Compensation management as an important part of the corporate human resource management is a key factor in business operation and development. Enterprise compensation management system design quality is directly related to the organization’s internal fairness and external competitiveness; it can make employees aware of what is valuable in the organization, and also to establish a comprehensive salary payment system and procedures. Enterprise compensation management system design and strategic planning are closely related, and be able to guide the staffs personal objectives to organizational goals up, motivate employees to work hard for the organization of the competitiveness and viability in the market.The gem oil equipment company have a total of various management and engineering and technical personnel more than1,200people, is a typical labor-intensive industrial enterprises. The operating results of company is continuously development, but the existing human resource management have many problems, especially lack of pay administration, caused a lot of obstacles to the further development of the enterprise. Through in-depth analysis of the problems of pay administration, and combined with the specific problems of the enterprise and existing theoretical knowledge, design management system. In particular, the salary management system has a lot of problems can be further refined and improved. According to the matter of fact design a practical, reasonable and effective compensation management is the focus of this article.This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction part. Introduce the background of this writing, the purpose and significance of the topics, as well as research contents and ideas. The second part of the Summary is salary management system design. This part, through the collection and summary of related literature, described the concept of remuneration and compensation in detail and the main components, as well as pay function and theoretical basis and design principles of compensation management system. The third part is to introduce the specific circumstances of the gem oil equipment company. The fourth part analysis the actual situation of the gem oil equipment company, according to its problems, combined with theory, job analysis, job evaluation, salary survey, re-design salary management system. The fifth part mainly introduced the need protection for salary management system implementation.
