City Public Traffic Crisis Management Research

As China’s accelerating urbanization, urban public transport has entered a critical period of rapid development. The city’s public transport system as "artery", it’s stable operation and sustainable development directly affect the health of the city to play the other system functions. Looking at the domestic and urban public transport sector, various types of public emergency showed a sharp upward trend. Public transport crisis management, is directly related to the city of harmony, stability and development, but also to ensure the normal operation of bus safety is one of the key measures.In this paper,"6.5" bus burning incident as the starting point, analysis of field of public transportation incentives and characteristics of crisis, the definition of urban public transport and the importance of crisis management, drawing on the disposal of domestic and foreign experience in the field of crisis, drawing on relevant industry crisis disposal of the lesson, proposed the establishment of improved urban public transport crisis management mechanisms. Recommendations for the rapid development of urban public transport has a specific theoretical significance and strong operability. Further to make up for weaknesses in crisis management, improve our urban public transport crisis management methods and systems to enhance the public transport enterprise crisis management capabilities.Text is divided into six parts, according to ask questions, analyze and solve the problem of writing ideas, using a literature reference, case analysis, comparison, induction, the city bus operators in emergencies (including accidents, security incidents, service disputes) as the object of study, starting from the Chengdu Public Transport Group, to "6.5" bus burning incident as an example. First analysis of the problems exposed in this incident, and Chengdu, crisis management status and problems; then draws domestic and international events related to disposal of the field of crisis and crisis management taking into account the difficulties and management ideas; finally made operational strong urban public transport crisis management mechanism to build:management, including early warning, emergency management, recovery and rehabilitation communication management, crisis management’ more thorough practical level, more professional, to improve crisis management, maintaining social stability and public safety transport and sustainable development.
