At present, the sanitation industry mainly located in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Nan’an in Fujian Province, however, due to this fact, the problems are quite obvious. For instance, there are too many brands with too wide quality range, too much competition, and too similar in some particular fields. Along with the booming concept of bathroom accessories, the consuming explore needs trends from functional to fashion, design, and high-technology and slowly forming the idea of showing character and branding. To gain more market, more attention should be paid on building and promoting the brand in the sanitation industry. Hence, SXK Corporation lies on its advantage in this industry and positive assumption will set up the projects which mainly focus on branding and getting inspired to embark in this industry. Besides, considering the total market in advertising is booming at more than10%per year, domestic market becomes one of the biggest advertising markets in the world. For the past few years, a lot of professional advertising corporations such as branding company and public relationship firm spring up like mushrooms, which makes this market much more competitive and with the invade of western competitors which makes the situation even worse. To maintain the advantage, the key for SXK Corporation is to have clear positioning, core management value, professional creative idea, excellent projects and reasonable management measures.This study analyzed the background of the project, overview of project management and other related theoretical knowledge that content customer relationship management, marketing, management, and multi-discipline knowledge to plan the operation strategy and schedules and also promoting the management measures in project management to plan and operate the project. In this essay, after analyzing on plan management, cost management and time management and also focus on analyzing the problems and insignificance with better solutions. In this case, to ensure the completion in fast, reasonable, and low cost way. Meanwhile, in the course of the study, pay attention to the implementation of the guidance and application of the proposed control methods and means not only in the future implementation of the project application, and implementation of the significance with reference to other industry-related projects.
