| Energy is the most important economic development based energy and power industry is the people’s livelihood, basic industries, but also the world’s economic development strategy development priorities. The world’s vast number of countries based mainly on thermal power, but to protect the environment, looking for renewable resources, in promoting green energy and clean energy environment, today including hydropower, wind power, photovoltaic power generation, including clean rapid development of energy. In China, large amount of water can be developed, mature technology, operational stability, water and electricity become the fastest growing clean energy. The large-scale hydropower development and the ecological environment within the region will, reservoir resettlement, social stability have a greater impact. Therefore, this major research topics of rich water resources, ecological fragility, ethnic minorities and the poor and backward areas in Sichuan Plateau, with emphasis on analysis of local economic development, hydropower development, ecological protection and the relationship between the interests of migrants, to promote Sichuan Plateau regional sustainable development, particularly for hydropower development due to a series of problems caused by road, has an important significance.This comprehensive application of regional economic theory and the theory of sustainable development, mainly in normative analysis and the method of combining case studies, the focus of the plateau regions of Sichuan hydropower development of related industries, ecological protection and the impact of land acquisition and resettlement. First, under the theory of regional sustainable development in line with the characteristics of the plateau region of Sichuan hydropower development model to explain the plateau area of hydropower development and the relationship between sustainable development; then describes the development of hydropower in Sichuan plateau of high energy-consuming industries, transportation industries, impact of tourism; re-analysis of hydropower development on the ecological impact of the Sichuan highlands, and Maoergai power plant, for example, attempts to establish an environmental evaluation system; then followed by careful study of hydropower development on the impact of the reservoir area residents, and analyzed the feasibility of long-term compensation mechanism immigration; finally put forward a positive sexual development of hydropower and sustainable development in the Sichuan highlands suggestions for policy-making departments and decision makers.The main conclusions of this paper are: to develop circular economy, promoting energy-intensive industries in Sichuan plateau healthy development; good old and new area of planning and conservation, promote sustainable development of tourism, also suggested the establishment of long-term ecological protection hydropower development of mechanisms to address environmental issues, in addition to improved long-term land acquisition and resettlement compensation mechanism to solve the problem of reservoir resettlement. As I collected material is limited, combined with statistical tools to use less material, so the empirical analysis has yet to be strengthened, and hydropower development in other areas of Sichuan plateau region, including education, religious belief has yet to be studied in depth. |
