Benefit Analysis On The Development Of Hydropower Resources Of Sichuan Province And Project Legal Person Form A Way To Study

As Chinese economy has been rapidly developing, our country became one of the high power production and consumption countries in the world, whose energetic and environmental problem has been highly concerned. For example, there is a rich water resource in our province, but as one of the hydropower stations in our country, many developing contradictions are gradually exposed.From the angle of right to explore water and electric resources, this paper firstly researches in the manner of a hydropower project legal person to choose and to form regional economic development. Secondly, taking Sichuan province water distribution for example, analyses problems such as electricity bills and the development of basic industries, market research in hydropower development, the terms of reference of monopoly industries and so on, by using the theory of management and economics, in which it mainly discusses issues like local economic development, the right of exploring hydropower resources, electricity bills, as well as the immigration problem.
