The Strategy Research Of Inproving Tour Guide Occupation Training

In recent years, the tourism industry of China has been in a stage of rapid development. The development of tourism put forward newer,higher requirements on the occupation ability of tourism practitioners,especially the tour guides. And the development of tour guides continue education is a efficient way to improving the overall quality and occupation ability structure of tour guides. The continuing education has become a lifelong education idea as the instruction width category, diversification, flexibility to include accurate degree education, various sectors of the occupation training and other forms of mass education.It has become an important part of socialization lifelong education system. The tour guide occupation training refers to the administrative department in charge of tourist industry, the travel agency according to tourism development in the new situation to guide the clear training plans and objectives, targeted training to improve ability of tour guide occupation on-the-job training activities. Compared with guides into colleges and universities accept adult continuing education, occupation training has a shorter, more practical features, in a short period of time more efficient and effective guides to improve the occupation ability. Therefore, this paper select guide to education system as the research object of the occupation training.The occupation training of guides hand to be suitable for the guide’s basic characteristics, the other to meet the psychological needs of tour guide practice and improve the occupation ability demand. This paper from continuing education and the occupation training related literature and research results, the basic characteristics of the guides, guides on the tour guide occupation recognition, tour guide occupation ability to accept the occupation training needs and training status of the tour guide occupation in four aspects of design for guide questionnaire. Through the survey results reflect guides the basic characteristics, accept the occupation training psychological needs as well as to the occupation training content specific requirements, combined with the tour guide occupation training present situation investigation to find out the current problems in the training of tour guide occupation. In this paper the selection of large travel agency full-time tour guides as investigation object, through field surveys and interviews to collect the relevant information and data.In this paper, based on the related literature research results as well as the findings of the analysis, find out the tour guide occupation training two existing problems.
