Study On The Wanchun-Model Under The Urban-Rural Harmonious

With increasing contradictions of dual economic structure springing up, the Party Central Committee puts the"San-nong"issue to the first place and makes a strategic deployment to balance urban and rural development in both economy and society. The key point to solve "San-nong" problem is to break the system barriers and take the Urban-rural Harmonious way. Choosing a suitable way will play an important role on the course of accelerating our social economy development. The Party Central Committee chooses the typical one, Chengdu, as an experimental city, to explore the suitable model of urban-rural integration, which has a profound significance. During the explorations over the past few years, Chengdu has gradually formed a systemic way to balance urban and rural development.
