At present, with the wide use of joint development model for building works in practice, the parties of the joint development urgently need to find a scientific method to manage the various risks encountered in day-to-day operations. However, for this model either theoretical research and practical operation is lack of the accessible literature, and even the definition of this model is rather vague. Basing on the one who provide the land the paper analyze the possible financial crisis to build an early warning system for making up for weakness.First, the paper sum up business process of the one who provide the lands in joint development for building work. On the basis of analysis of business process local should according to business partners, builder and consumers gather risk, and according to the respective features of each object analysis possible factor that probably lead to financial risk has set a measure for local financial risk evaluation index system eventually.Secondly, the paper discussed the early warning model building methods. In the balance of the advantages and disadvantages of the methods confirm multiple linear regression method as models basis. The method is to classify the whole index system basing on clustering methodology and establish a factor score model after electing its representatives for every category. Finally the paper establish a early warning model based on it and collected nine for local raw data to verify the early warning model. Finally, this paper put forward for local financial risk overall financial risk response plan to help enterprise in practice activities for avoiding the financial risk provide general thoughts.
