The year2011was the10thanniversary of China’s entry to WTO. China’s all-aroundopening-up policies helped a great deal of Multinational companies (MNCs) keepinggrowing and profiting in the fairer, freer, and opener domestic market. Now China’s annualexport ranks No.1in the world, No.2for the import. China is also the biggest host forforeign direct investment among developing countries and the second biggest in the world.MNCs are the one of the biggest contributor for China’s economy.However, scandals failing to fulfill the corporate social responsibilities such asproduct defection, eco pollution, monopoly, consumer discrimination, etc., break out overagain these years in China. People become highly concerned about that how MNCsimprove their records in corporate social responsibilities fulfillment.The paper analyzes MNCs performances and the latest changes on corporate socialresponsibilities fulfillment in China to find out the motivations behind those scandals andpropose the strategy to propel MNCs to improve their corporate social responsibilitiesfulfillment by exerting the outside group’s influence. The author hopes the proposals couldbe of value to some extent for MNCs’ corporate social responsibilities fulfillment and tothe domestic companies as well.
