| As 30 years of reform and opening up goes on, China’s socialist market economic system experienced a scratch, becoming perfect step by step. Up to now, China has become the world’s second largest economy, but it is in this transition period, a variety of issues come out, such as food safety issues, production safety accidents, environmental pollution, high energy consumption, employee benefits suffered exploitation, intellectual property issues, lack of credit system, etc. These problems seriously restrict the upgrading of China’s economic transformation, which restricts the development of social civilization. People gradually realize that companies can no longer simply pursue the profit, the skunk, only concerned with their own development. In the case of the worsening ecological environment, no enterprise can escape from the environment. Meanwhile, under the background of economic globalization, corporate social responsibilities has become embodied in the market competition, the "soft power" of the enterprise. The international community is highly concerned about enterprises’social responsibilities. If Chinese companies want to integrate into the family of globalization, to participate in international competition, fulfilling social responsibilities is also a key factor.This article proofs the necessity of corporates’performance of social responsibilities through game theory, and then summarizes the social responsibilities development theory of domestic and international corporates. On this basis, this article selects Lenovo and Dell as the model of study, focuses on analyzing their strategies of social responsibilities management, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages on performing social responsibilities comparatively. Finally, this article offers a proposal and inspiration over how Chinese multinational corporations perform social responsibilities.Both Lenovo and Dell are the world’s top two PC manufacturers. They compete with each other within different fields in the international arena. Studying and analyzing their social responsibilities will help us to understand how the modern first-class multinational corporates fulfill their social responsibilities, as well as identify the gaps compare to Chinese local multinational companies. Therefore, the research shows significative reference on the study of how China’s large multinational enterprises perform their social responsibilities. |
