Research On Transformation And Upgrad Of Manufacturing In China

The manufacturing industry is the driving force for industrialization and modernization. It is a pillar of national strength. In the complex domestic and international economic situation, has made considerable progress and the scale ranks first in the world. However, the capability of independent innovation is not strong, so domestic manufacturing industry is still weak in certain aspect. The problem, big but not strong, seriously restrict the transformation and upgrading of development mode.This paper, based on the relevant theory of manufacturing industry upgrading and transformation, pointed out the problems of Y enterprise at this stage:low product quality, low productivity, low technological content of products, and the paper analyzed the constraints which impacted the enterprise development:poor management, financing difficulties, and low profit margins. On this basis, the paper proposed more realistic ways:changing from production to production service, from learning by analogy to independent innovation, from extensive management to lean management, shift from low-end manufacturing to high-end manufacturing.
