| In recent years, the employment is increasing pressure. As the migrant peasant workers’ employmenthas become more and more difficult, more and more attentions are paid to the farmer workers ’ creating their own businesses. The existing researches tend to study the farmer workers ’ creating their own businesses from the national policy, social environment and so on. So it is urgent and important for theresearch to find the problem of farmer migrant workers’ creating their own businesses itself. Based on this,the research explores entrepreneurial tacit knowledge learning content structure, and entrepreneurship tacitknowledge learning to the influence of the business performance.In the study, the convenient sampling method is taken. Questionnaires are issued to private enterprisesin several cities such as kaifeng, xinxiang, pingdingshan, nanyang, anyang, zhoukou and so on. As thisresearch is mainly for urban studies entrepreneurship, in order to get more effective questionnaire, so whenchoosing a company, enterprises in county, township and town are deliberately chosen. This study send outa total of1050questionnaires, a total of789questionnaires are recovery, including538effectivequestionnaires, the effective rate is68%.This study adopts literature analysis, interviews and questionnaire, and exploratory factor analysis,many kinds of statistical methods such as the verification factor analysis, structure equation model andhierarchical regression analysis and so on are also adopted.This paper explored the relevant circumstanceswith the recessive knowledge learning content of migrant farmer workers. The research mainly includestwo parts:(1) the study on the migrant farmer workers’ content of the tacit knowledge structure,(2) thestudy on the mechanism of rural migrant farmer workers’ tacit knowledge learning and businessperformance. The conclusions are as follows: First, the peasant workers venture tacit knowledge learning content structure includes six dimensions:other people management skills, the ego growth, tasks cognitive management, performance management,interpersonal and self adjusting. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires on migrant farmerworkers’ entrepreneurship tacit knowledge learning all reached psychometric requirements.Second, generally speaking, the entrepreneurial competence is partial mediation functioned betweenentrepreneurship tacit knowledge learning and migrant farmer workers’ business performance; From thedimension of intermediary situation, some dimensions have played full mediation role, some dimensionshave played partial mediation role. |
