A Study On Temporal And Spatial Characteristics And Positioning Propulsion Of Urban—Rural Coordinating Development In Henan Province

Urban-rural coordination development requires the free flow of production factors betweenurban and rural，fair institutional arrangements of urban society, the same treatment of urban-ruralresidents, share of the urban-rural economic development. Therefore, this paper gives a depthanalysis on dynamic evolution characteristics on regional differences of urban-rural developmentbased on the theories of urban-rural development, which has an important significance ofpromoting the urban-rural development and accelerating the overall development in HenanProvince. Through the temporal and spatial characteristics analysis of urban-rural coordinationdevelopment in this paper, which not only will promote the combination of urban construction andrural rise, but also develop into the new pattern of coordination of industry, urban-industry andurban-rural. In addition, this study on temporal and regional coordination degree is important tomake countermeasures and choose new urbanization way of urban-rural development of HenanProvince.This paper gives a specific timing analysis on coordination degree of urban-rural from1995-2009, obtains the evolution trend of urban-rural coordination and looks into the future ofurban-rural relation, which has important practical significance of predicting the future ofurban-rural development. Based on the comprehensive evaluation scores of urban-ruralcoordination development of18cites in Henan Province, this article makes a cluster analysiswhich can analyzes the urban-rural problems from multiple perspectives and makescorresponding measures of practical problems of different kind of urban-rural development. Through the evaluation manner of combination method of vertical and lateral, it can reflect thevertical stages and lateral difference of urban-rural coordination process of Henan province.In terms of regional development of Henan urban and rural, Henan government orderlypropels the urban-rural coordination process is important to settle the problems of “three-rural”,urban-rural and comprehensive development of city-region, improve comprehensivecompetitiveness and promote urban-rural benign resonance. The Third Plenum of16th CentralCommittee of The CPC proposes the concept of five coordination and urban-rural coordination.Therefore, coordination of urban-rural relation is an inherent requirement of scientific concept andrelated congress. The guidance of the State Council on the support of Henan Province toaccelerate the construction to Zhongyuan Economic region made it clear that Henan governmentshould play the leading rule of central urban agglomeration, step into the new urbanizationconfiguration of coordination development of large and medium urban and small towns, supportand promote the three-ization coordination development. Therefore, from the perspective of thespecific regional practice, Henan province stresses the coordination of urban and rural is therequirements of times and inevitable choice.This study on researching the urban-rural coordination can be divided into six parts：PartⅠ: Preface, main contents of the background significance, research progress, researchmethods and technology line.Part Ⅱ: basic theories part of theoretical sources, connotation and literature review.Part Ⅲ:temporal characteristics analysis of urban-rural coordination on comprehensivescores of urban-rural degree by the method of principal component analysis in Henan, and make acomparative analysis with Zhongyuan economic region. Part Ⅳ: spatial characteristics analysis and reason explanation of urban-rural coordinationdevelopment by quantitative method.PartⅤ: development orientation and location analysis by means of Part Ⅲ and Part Ⅳbasedon the regional practice of Henan Province.PartⅥ：Conclusion, point out the main conclusion, possible innovation point and furtherresearch prospects.The framework of spatial structure analysis of urban-rural coordination degree makes itfeasible to study the model of urban and rural development. By making a systematic analysis andresearch, which process practical meaning and reference value for propelling the urban-ruralprocess and lay down urban-rural development strategy.
