Evaluation On Comprehensive Benefit And Spatial-temporal Variance For Urban Land In Henan Province

In Henan Province,which is the most populous province of China,urban land resources face more pressure than other provinces.Together with the developmemt of urbanization and industrialization,as well as rapid expanding of urban land usage,the phenomenon of ineffecient use of the land emerges,even followed by lots of land left unused,which has affected the economic,social and ecological sustainable development in Henan Province.Therefore,the comprehensive study and appraisal on the effeciency of urban land usage in Henan Province,including its 18 cities,along with finding out the law of dynamic changes for the land use efficiency and regional characteristics,will have great practical and far-reaching historical significance to optimize land use structure,improve human living environment,coordinate urban development and protect agricultural land.This paper mainly includes the following contents:Part One, introduction.Give the brief analysis of the background,research necessity,introduce the technical method,and list the relevant research at home and abroad.Part Two,basic concepts and theoretical basis.Through the introduction of urban land use economic,social and ecological benefits,then put forward the concept of comprehensive benefits evaluation on urban land use.Beside it introduce the land sustainable development theory,system theory and coordination theory.Part Three, the analysis of land use status and its variation in the Henan Province.First,this part introduces the characteristics of the natural enviromnental and the social economical conditions in the Henan Province,then analyzes its urban land use status and the dynamic change of urban land use in the 18 cities,finally summarizes the problems in Henan Province urban land use.Part Four, the index system and model of the comprehensive benefits of urban land.According to the connotation of the land use comprehensive benefits as well as the Henan Province land use situation,evaluation indicators which contain 17 indexes are constructed from three aspects:the economic,social and ecological benefits,and introduce coordination function model and comprehensive benefit evaluation model to analyze the urban land use comprehensive benefits.Part Five, the levels of land use comprehensive benefits are evaluated.According to the sorting data, using entropy method to calculate the evaluation indexes weights for 18 cities in Henan Province, then set order and analyze the development level of urban land use comprehensive benefits in Henan Province,at the last disclose the trouble about development of urban land use comprehensive benefits of the region was calculated.Part Six,analyse on comprehensive benefits and spatial—temporal variance of urban land in the cities of Henan Province.According to the calculated data,using spearman rank correlation coefficient method and gis to analyze the character of space and time diversity of the urban land use comprehensive benefits and coordination in the cities of the Henan Province.Part Seven, conclusion and discussion.Summarize this study's thoughtfulness, insufficiency, and give some prospects that need to study.
