Research On Rural Land Use Efficiency In Henan Province Based On The DEA Method

Land resources are the agricultural production basic labor objects and production material, ina certain point of view,the agriculture problem is the land problem. China is a large agriculturalnation,the land management to the nation’s use of relations food security,and the development ofsocial economy. As important economic activities of the basic elements,land resources and the useefficiency of production factors in the input and natural environment has a close relation. A varietyof input and output of the agricultural production system represents the whole situation of landutilization efficiency,through the analysis and evaluation of farmland utilization efficiency valueheight,the comparison of various input and output index,relative objective scientific evaluation canuse the overall efficiency of the farmland.Analysis of farmland utilization efficiency,fully consider the relativity of time and space. Thisstudy first through the establishment of farmland utilization efficiency evaluation indexsystem,and then use the DEA method in Henan province in2001to2010years of farmlandutilization efficiency of diachronic analysis,linear show that using benefit and into farmlandHenan the relation between; Then use the DEA method to the2010year of building18regionalland utilization efficiency of regional evaluation,evaluation of Henan province farmland aroundthe effectiveness of the relevant indicators,the depth study area of agricultural production betweeninputs redundancy degree. Thus the development direction of agriculture in Henan provinceduring the twelfth five-year plans,government macro decision,as a whole to optimize theagriculture resources,adjust the structure of agricultural production,scientific and reasonable use offarmland,provides the reference.The essay is divided into five chapters,respectively are:The first chapter is introduction section. Mainly expounds the topic selection to choose abackground and purpose and meaning,this paper introduces the technical route and the researchmethod,etc.The second chapter is theoretical basis parts. Scale economy theory,system innovation theoryand regional economic theory,etc.The third chapter introduces the study area is general. Henan province,this is the natural environment,social economic condition and the conditions of land use.The fourth chapter is the Henan province farmland use efficiency DEA method evaluation.The article data envelopment analysis (DEA) method as farmland use efficiency evaluationmethod and the applicability of the paper adopted by the C2R model,BC2model and SE. C2Rmodel. The2001-2010by the Henan province farmland use input and output of time series data,longitudinal analyses in10years in Henan province,the changes of farmland use efficiency. Reusedata envelopment analysis (DEA) horizontal analysis method of Henan province farmland use,theoverall efficiency of the technical efficiency and scale efficiency and the efficiency value. At thesame time in the longitudinal and transverse analysis based on the results of the correspondingcountermeasures.Chapter five is the study conclusions and insufficient. Henan temporality evaluation resultsshow that,10years scale returns mean of Henan province in irs using phase,as long as appropriatefor the scale operation,still can increase agricultural output. Henan province regional evaluationresults show that,using to adhere to the principle of farmland adjust measures to localconditions,on the all kinds of problems existing in the farmlands,accelerate scientific andtechnological innovation,making the improving method and measures to improve the overallefficiency of agricultural production,and promote the modernization level of agriculturalmachinery,seek and match the natural conditions of agricultural production and operation way，thus reduce production cost consumption, to promote agriculture production income. At last,itpoints out that based on the research progress in the process of the place to be improved.
