With the continuous advance in economic globalization process, the auto industry become an important symbol of countries industrialization. The auto industry features in highly association with numerous related fields and scale enoconimic merit. It is an industry that integrates capital-intensive, Hi-tech focusing and talents competition. Thus, how to survive on the competitive market with opportunities and challenges in the automotive industry becomes a major problem faced by the Auto companies. Research and innovation becomes the core of the development of the auto companies. Multinational companies have set up joint R&D center while the domestic enterprises also step in and become passionate in investing in research.Competition among enterprises has changed from products and technologies competition to technical personnel. The company which possesses the talent will lead the market. However, the major problem they are facing is how to retain the talent and stimulate the talented people to become enthusiasm in their working; Beside, the company should improve the competitiveness itself in order to attract more people. The domestic auto companies stimulates the development of mainstay field in industry in national economy through continuous innovation and development.In this article, take personnel of PC Auto Center Shanghai as a typical example of the knowledge workers,we discover the existing problems on the knowledge workers by conducting the analysis of incentive status quo, and the motivating factor of the empirical research and discussion from the external material incentives factors, inherent spiritual level incentives, the future development of motivational factors and management mechanism at least four incentive levels, We create a series of purposeful methods for the company’s operational management team to adopt in stimulating the potential enthusiasm and creativity of current knowledge employees under the current incentive mechanism. Every companies are diverse in development strategies, cultural and methods of motivating their employees, Unique motivating factor shall be taken independently on different stages of the enterprises development in order to fully motivate the passion of the team of knowledge employees.
