30years of reform and opening up, with China’s rapid economic development, China’s real estate industry, ushered in the golden period of ten years. DG is located in Shenzhen, the company seize the opportunity, after several years of unremitting efforts, the completion of a business start-up phase of the target. Since2005, the company taken in Shenzhen, the Pearl River Delta to other regions. In2010, the company identified the PRD as a base, and gradually expand to the nation’s second and third tier cities in the new strategy. In order to state the context of macro-control to achieve this strategic objective, corporate decision-makers want to promote through the performance management system to achieve the business strategy for its landing. Taking into account the existing corporate performance management system is built on the company in a single city on the basis of a single project, multiple projects can not meet the business requirements of multi-regional expansion of the transformation, an urgent decision-making requirements of the company’s performance management system for optimization and improvement.This standing business point of view, through the company’s existing performance management system, a comprehensive analysis of existing problems, and recommend measures to improve the specific program and to make performance management system for the company’s expansion strategy to achieve service and the introduction of the company, optimization, training and retention of a powerful weapon. Study and solve the internal performance management system optimization problems, will help to improve the internal management of DG ’s ability to help companies solve the existing brain drain and talent to introduce difficult issues, to better adapt to the competitive environment of macroeconomic regulation and control. At the same time hoping for a similar development stage company with the DG of private small and medium real estate enterprise performance management of a reference.This paper begins by describing the performance management system to optimize the theoretical basis of performance and the concept of performance management system, affecting the performance management system to build the factors and performance management system to optimize the basic theory are described, and proposed a performance management system optimization principles.
