With vast land,rich natural resources and large labor force, the western region’s economic development has long been in a backward level.Since the founding of the People’s Republic, her heavy industry rests on a broad and firm base.And after Western Development, China proposes a series of measures like as great-leap-forward development, giving play to late starting advantages and comparative advantages.At the same time, scholars have sought the gap to develop the western region from many points of view, such as natural environment, social,ideas, culture,etc.But these did not completely change the condition.This article believes that the western region is missing the ability to seek, adapt and operate the market, can’t put the resources into products, put products into goods, put goods into Famous brand. I name this ability involving ideas, culture and thinking market-based intelligence.Under market economy, as the leading creators of social wealth, enterprise has a huge role in promoting social progress and creating wealth. Professional managers have the operating right of enterprises, can directly reflected their ideas in the operation of enterprises, and play a decisive role.Therefore,market intelligence is particularly important to them.In this study, the object is professional managers in Lanzhou City, the research methods is empirical research, the aim is analyzing the status quo of market intelligence of professional managers in Lanzhou, identifying the problems and gaps,and making recommendations and countermeasures.The full text of the main body is divided into five parts:introduction, literature review, empirical design, empirical analysis and conclusions of revelation.The first part to clarify the background of this study, significance and research ideas;the second part is comprehensive review of domestic and international literatures, this part is the theoretical basis of this article;the third part will propose the program of empirical research, design the questionnaire and interview programs, select professional managers to conduct an investigation; part four will review the status of the market intelligence of professional managers through descriptive statistical methods, analyzing the differences of the market intelligence of professional managers through t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis;the fifth part will put forward relevant proposals according to the analysis.According to the data analysis, this paper comes to the following conclusions:(1) The average score of market intelligence of professional managers in Lanzhou is3.856, at the middle level.(2) The ranking of the three dimensions market-based intelligence of professional managers in Lanzhou is:finding the market, operating the market, adapting the market.(3) There are significant differences in the market-based intelligence of professional managers in different types of enterprises in Lanzhou.(4) The average score of market-based intelligence of professional managers in Zhejiang Province is higher than Gansu Province.(5) There are significant differences in the market-based intelligence of professional managers in different gender.(6) There are significant differences in the market-based intelligence of professional managers in different age.(7) There are significant differences in the market-based intelligence of professional managers in different education. |
