Study On Logistics Distribution System Of Beer Industry

Distribution and logistics system is directly connected with consumption,which is the most important part of the whole logistics system. In order to reduce thecost of logistics distribution, advance the efficiency of this procedure, and expand thecompany’s market shares, increase the profit, it is extremely necessary to optimizethe logistics distribution system. This article is from the view of logistics anddistribution system, use an example of Yanjing Brewery (Chifeng) Limited LiabilityCompany, analyze and evaluate the process of the entire logistics system. First, thisarticle introduces the distribution circumstances of the beer industry, from thedomestic beverage logistics circumstances in China to indicate the situation. Atpresent, the logistics of drinking industry are highly intensive managed by BigGroups and Xiao Xing regional operation system. Then, we introduced YanjingBrewery (Chifeng) Co., Ltd., for example, the company’s logistics existing strengthsand potential disadvantages. Accordingly, from a precondition that we considerdistribution and logistics as a basic theory, describes the evolution of logistics anddistribution system in China. Beer industry, as a special type of beverage products inthe market, it can somehow reflect to a certain extent about the normal distributionand logistics system in the beverage industry, but also has its own differentcharacteristics. We will analyze products of the beverage industry, defined theblueprint of beverage distribution system in details, including managementinformation systems for central distribution, how to choose the center location ofbeverage products distribution, the center distribution’s inventory and a planning ofcost control and route maps of beverage products distribution. With all theseinvestigations, we could come to a good logistics management information system,which is a significant assurance for the entire distribution and logistics system. Thefunction of distribution and logistics system is through logistics management systemfeatures such as transaction processing, planning, forecasting, etc. Throughout anentire computer system, focus on the working range and functions of each user anddepartment, supervising all aspects of running and testing, in order to discover andsolve upcoming problems. Finally, based on the actual example analysis--YanjingBrewery (Chifeng) Co., Ltd., using its status analysis of distribution and logisticssystem, mainly focusing on the locations of logistics-distribution centers and logisticsroutes designed for analysis, both respectively using alternate location model anddynamic programming model for quantitative analysis.
