As china automotive market developed rapidly, China became the biggestautomotive maker in the world by taking the position of US. Foreign brands arestarting a new campaign of capacity expansion. As their performance in other marketsis expected to be weak, the booming Chinese market is a straw they can hold.Volkswagen is going to set up new plants in Ningbo and Xinjiang, Nissan is to add aDalian plant for Infiniti, GM, Ford, PSA, Hyundai, Honda, BMW and Toyota are allmake their new plants ready for production in2012. At the same time, the chinaautomotive supplier also expand their production rapidly, the top ten foreignautomotive supplier increase their production capacity, cause they have themanufacturing experience, capitalization, quality management and finance control hasabsolutely superiority, together with their long term cooperation with auto brand,they developed rapidly.But our demotic automotive supplier, they rely on low labor costs and prices,flexible alternative capabilities, and support of government policies have also beensome development. But the development of the demotic automotive supplier with thechanges in the vehicle manufacturing industry, such as modular supply caused by thenumber of suppliers to reduce integration platform test of the comprehensive capacityof the supplier, etc.; coupled with the impact of domestic macroeconomic the pressurefor currency appreciation, labor, raw material costs rise, the cost and price advantageof local enterprises is getting smaller and smaller.Under the pressure of internal and external environment, local enterprises will beexposed to more and more foundation problems, such as the production ofmismanagement, product quality not stable, more than decade’s mindset gap. Theconfusion is to fully copy the advanced production management experience in theU.S., European or other Asia companies, or to be conservative to survive depends on the100%quality check? Is the right to play with foreign enterprises price and profitgame, or the whole zero cooperation to create a new cooperative mode? The entireindustry will also face many small enterprises, the quality varies greatly broughtabout by a series of problems can be said to affect the situation as a whole.This article explores how the current intense competition, the understanding ofthe digestion and absorption of the advanced American and European auto partsenterprises(joint ventures or wholly owned foreign enterprise) advanced qualitymanagement experience and management methods to analyze and study concluded,To show to domestic enterprises can be implemented and effective qualitymanagement methods, so that we can reduce the gap with foreign-funded enterprises,catch the rapid growth of China’s automotive industry.
