In knowledge economy time, the intension of modern enterprise’scompetition has changed, and the competition between enterprises ischanging to knowledge. The innovative people are the talents who are richin creativity, and creativity is the leading force of knowledge economy andthe core element of modern enterprises’ competition, so they are veryimportant to the development of enterprises. In the modern society, themore innovative people an enterprise has, the more knowledge it owns, thefaster it can grow, and the more wealth it will grasp, further on they cancreate bigger economy profit. Therefore, innovative people are graduallybecoming the objective of all countries and districts of the world.Nowadays the enterprises’ demand of innovative people is more and morevigorous, and many enterprises not drop talents. However, to correctlyfind the innovative people is not easy, and the recognition of enterprises’innovative people is seized with many complicated elements. According tothe summarized assessment data of recently domestic and overseasenterprises, approximately corresponding to the innovative need ofenterprise is only55%, and not corresponding is45%. Thus how torecognize innovative people has already been an important issue placed infront of enterprises. As a result, researching how to recognize theenterprises’ innovative people is of great significance to the academiccircles and enterprises.Nowadays, although many enterprises have adopted some approachesto test the innovation of applicants when they recruited, the result is notvery satisfied. Facing that condition, the academic circles have done a lotof researches. This paper is on the base of inducing the previous researchresults. It firstly takes the method of reviewing literatures, constructing arecognition model and related hypotheses, and then designs aquestionnaire. By statistical software, we get the main elements of recognizing the enterprise innovative people and checking the relatedhypotheses. Secondly this paper uses the RBF neural network to combinewith the scores of the questionnaire to do a further analysis, and thenverify the validity of the recognition modal. Finally, we follow-up thesubjects and prove the conclusion according the result, and find theinsufficient of this study. Thus this paper provides the practice reason forthe enterprises’ administrators finding innovative people.This paper consists of five chapters. Chapter1is the introduction ofresearch, it firstly explains the background and the meaning of theory andpractice of the research, and then proposes the frame of this paper. Chapter2researches the related theory, and this part is the base of the research.Chapter2consists of2parts, the first part is about the innovative theory,and the second part summarizes the research circumstance of peoplerecognition theory at home and abroad. The main content of Chapter3isto propose the method of this research, firstly it constructs the recognitionmodel and put forward the related hypothesis, secondly designsquestionnaire, finally this part tests the validity of the recognition modal.Chapter4is the practical application of Chapter3, and uses the main toolSPSS17.0to analyse. Chapter5is the summary of the subjects’ follow-upresults, and gets enlightenment according to compare follow-up data withthe data we got above.
