Performance evaluation is the core system of the human resource management, which has the effect on enterprise development.By the scientific method,the thesis design the reasonable time period and the appropriate evaluation scope, evaluate objectively, reasonablely and fairly performance of enterprise and employees, and revise the deviation.The result of performance evaluation is relation to each employees’immediate interests,which based on employee compensation adjustment, bonuses and promotion. The result of performance evaluation contribute to establish employees’incentive and restraint mechanism, to use reasonablely enterprise’ human resources,to improve the economic benefit of enterprise,to increase the enterprise cohesive force,to realize enterprise’s overall strategic planning goal.So Performance Evaluation is very important.Employees’performance evaluation of AX corporation exist many problems,sueh as evaluation’s subject simplification, evaluation’s principle indistinction, evaluation’s plans ineffectiveness, evaluation’s procedure formalization, evaluation’s result no feedback.These problems have industry,corporation and employees themselves reasons.In order to evaluate Objectively and justly employees’performance, continuously improve work efficiency and service level, set up a good image of thecorporation, help employees to improve work method and ability, developing gradually employees’performance evaluation is necessary. Employees’performance evaluation must be carry out under the principle of scientific and reasonable, Objective and fair, Paying attention to performance, promoting employees’development, combining evaluation and incentive.Under the conditions of department division and business process ensure, employees’performance evaluation of AX corporation is an important means ofcorporation’s employee and department performance management,is a formal system of regular inspection and evaluate the performance of employee and department,is the foundation of employee’s performance salary, and provide guarantee for forming effective salary incentive. On the basis of determine evaluation’s subject and position explains, the thesis select the performance evaluation indicator of employees of financing department, administrative department, finance department, law department, planning department, human resources department using KPI and360-degree performance evaluation method.This form the foundation of employees’performance evaluation of AX corporation,and evaluate employees’performance from the and department level.Employees’performance evaluation result is a comprehensive evaluation that outsider besides employees evaluate,but no reflect Employees’self evaluation,so employees lack of corresponding subjective initiative.To improve the defects, employees’ performance evaluation must set up feedback and complaint mechanism.By the feedback and complaint mechanism that make evaluated employees improve, employees can determine performance evaluation content,and understand the advantage of themselves,and find out the shortcomings and insufficiency. Only through the communication between the two sides and feedback, managers and employees can participate actively in perfomance evaluation.The employees’performance evaluation system is a theoretical evaluation system.But this must solve the following several problem for using for employees’ performance evaluation of AX corporation:data standardization,index screening,the index weight determining,evaluation model establishing.Based on employees’ performance evaluation system,the thesis select10employees perfoemance evaluation of financing department,and examine the performance of AX corporation.The result show that:The employees’performance evaluation is a complicated,various and multidimensional work. So a single index cannot reflect the actual performance of the employees. Index weight has significant impact on evaluation result,which became the key point.So we should treat careful index weight,and ask for a wide opinion of all parties,especially the opinions of the evaluated object.
