ENN Energy Holdings Ltd is an intelligence-intensive type professional design corporation. To better compete and survival in the market, it is necessary for her to build a set of effective staff performance evaluation system so that objective evaluation, proper motivation and core competitiveness can be achieved.After theoretically researching employee performance evaluation system and thorough study of ENN original system, we have found that problems still exist. For example, incomplete coverage, High arbitrariness, imperfect system index, lack of feedback and improper evaluation process.To solve the existing problems and gradually establish reasonable basis for evaluation system, we have provided strategic-directed evaluation management outline, evaluation system and performance organization security system. In order to reach a deeper researching level, the essay has comprehensively applied methods of key evaluation index, goal management, all-round evaluation and so on.We have understood the leading concept, developing idea and evaluation goal of ENN staff and compiled new evaluation system available for the corporation to have more talents completion edge. By comparing analysis and the combination of practice and theory, ENN has gained competition advantage by increasing staff satisfaction and preserving talents.
