Research On Financial Post-evaluation System Of The Bank Loan Projects

In recent years, financial organizations both in developed and developingcountries pay more and more attention to the post evaluation of the loan projects.Further more, it has become the integral part of the management of the loan inthese financial organizations. As for banks, to some tent, financial Post-evaluation ofthe bank loan projects should be the most important part among those evaluation,whose meaning is self-evident. Not only can it assess the decisions of thepre-evaluation correct or not, but also inhance the level of financial projections andthe scientific level of the decision-making.On the basis of the analysis of the domestic and international literatures, thepaper defines its connotation from multiple perspectives of financial Post-evaluationtheories. With the characteristics of the Bank loan projects, analyzing the maincontent of the financial Post-evaluation, identifing the main factors which affect thefinancial Post-evaluation of the bank loan projects. According to it, with thedesigning principles of the indexes, this paper builds its index system for thefinancial Post-evaluation of the bank loan projects.This paper studies on post evaluation of the bank loan project from aspects ofcontrol factors, profit factors, solvency factors, and financial sustainability factors.Control factors include organization and management of the projects, the level ofmanagers decision-making, the progress of the projects, control of project cost andcorporate social responsibility; profit factors include two parts, project products andmarkets; solvency factors study on cash flow; financial sustainability capabilitiesstudy on Project solvency and Net Cash Flow. Select different evaluation indicatorsfor different factors.Based on theoretical studies，combined with the actual situation of a bank loanproject , this paper made an empirical analysis of the scientificity and feasibility ofthe theoretical framework for assessing system. Finally, this paper made conclusionsand recommendations for future investment decisions.
