Research On Sehedule Management Of A Microbe Testing Laboratory Construction Project

China is an agricultural country with the largest population in the world; its agriculture is playing a key role in ensuring food supply and national security. As the economy grows, the government agriculture projects and project funds are increasing year by year. Governmental agriculture investment is becoming an increasingly effective way of developing agriculture and improving famers’income. In recent years, the Chinese government has given top priority to agriculture development, and has continuously strengthened the management of government agriculture projects. It’s true that the management of agriculture projects is improving, but there are still many uncertain factors on the project implementation process. As a result some of the projects cannot meet the investment targets. In order to minimize the influence of the uncertainties, it is necessary to evaluate the overall implementation process of the agricultural project. This paper study the theory and methods of project post evaluation, comprehensive using literature method, the analytic hierarchy method and questionnaire survey, in G province agriculture emerging industry demonstration base project (hereinafter referred to as "demonstration base project") as an example, to build and to organize the implementation of study on agricultural post project evaluation the index system, the contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly, based on the theory of agricultural post project evaluation and the method, analyzed the reason of Guangdong Province still has no systematic agricultural post project evaluation, points out the current agricultural post project evaluation focus only on the theory research status, lack of practice, in the project post evaluation, allocation, fund management system the decision-making body, and other aspects of the evaluation and summarizes the agricultural project.Secondly, the demonstration base project for constructing the index system of post evaluation cases. The project post evaluation content into the whole process of project evaluation, construction goal and the content of evaluation, project performance and impact assessment, evaluation of sustainable development four aspects carries on the analysis, the establishment of the index system of evaluation in the agricultural project, comprehensive using the analytic method and comparison method and other methods, based on demonstration base project for constructing the index system of post evaluation, and use the questionnaire survey method of post evaluation index weights are determined.Finally, the construction of the evaluation index system of job evaluation guide the concrete project, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. To build the post evaluation index system as the basis, drawing demonstration base project post evaluation index, the evaluation procedures for nearly two years, according to the inspection data, are indicators of evaluation of data, and mathematical methods for the calculation and analysis, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to guarantee the implementation of the project better.
