Research On Profit Coordination Of Cross Border E-commerce Logistics Services Supply Chain Under Bonded Goods Preparation Import Mode

With the promotion of globalization,cross-border e-commerce has flourished,and cross-border logistics models adapted to its development have emerged in endlessly,promoting the domestic economic cycle.With the improvement of China’s residents’ consumption capacity,the B2 C model,which focuses on multi batch and small batch packages,has gradually become the mainstream of cross-border import ecommerce.As one of the main logistics modes for cross-border e-commerce B2 C retail imports,the bonded goods preparation import mode has the highest customer satisfaction in terms of return and exchange,delivery efficiency,and other aspects.With guaranteed product quality,it is popular with consumers.For cross-border ecommerce enterprises,preparing goods in advance to the bonded area also reduces logistics time and transportation costs,and also enjoys national policy advantages,which makes the bonded goods preparation import mode develop more vigorously.In order to study the coordination of profit distribution among member enterprises in the cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain under the bonded stocking import mode,this paper constructs a profit coordination model for the cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain with cross-border ecommerce platforms,logistics integrators,and logistics suppliers as the main supply chain entities.The innovation lies in the fact that the construction of the supply chain profit function model reflects the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce enterprises building their own bonded warehouses in the bonded goods preparation and import mode,as well as the reality of the supply chain at the end of the customs clearance and tax declaration process under this mode.This article establishes a profit function based on the operation of various coordinating entities in the cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain,considers the impact of market demand and logistics service level on system profits,and solves and analyzes the profit situation under centralized and decentralized decision-making.The optimal logistics order quantity and logistics service level under different models are obtained,and their sensitivity is verified.Subsequently,Matlab software was used to simulate and analyze the actual situation of cross-border ecommerce platform A through numerical analysis.The results show that:(1)under centralized decision-making,the overall profit of the supply chain reaches the optimal level,but the profit distribution of each member cannot be well resolved,and in reality,maximizing their own interests cannot achieve the optimal logistics order quantity and logistics service level under centralized decision-making;(2)When the supply chain contract is not considered in decentralized decision-making,the logistics service level and total profit of the supply chain are far lower than the optimal result under centralized decision-making;(3)When adopting a combination contract under decentralized decision-making,each member of the supply chain can establish a reasonable profit sharing coefficient through the contract,achieving or approaching the optimal target decision of centralized decision-making,and achieving a win-win situation for all three parties.By further analyzing the impact of changes in relevant parameters on the profits of each member in the supply chain and the total profit of the supply chain,this study found that:(1)under decentralized decision-making without considering supply chain contracts,the profit trend of cross-border e-commerce platform A,logistics integrators,and logistics suppliers is relatively stable,while the profit change amplitude under combined contracts is relatively large,Moreover,using a combination contract to improve logistics service levels puts pressure on supply chain members,but in this case,the profits of each member are always in a Pareto optimal state;(2)Under decentralized decision-making,the profit growth of cross-border ecommerce members without considering supply chain contracts is smaller than that of members using combination contracts.When using combination contracts,all members are aware of the impact of logistics service levels on improving profits;(3)The profit sharing coefficient needs to be within a reasonable range to encourage tripartite members to engage in contractual cooperation.If it is too high or too low,some members will refuse to cooperate.Based on the above analysis,this article proposes suggestions for supply chain coordination and management,in order to provide reference for the decision-making of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain members under the bonded stocking import mode.
