The problem of farmers’net income is the core of the "three agriculture",as the economic globalization is developing rapidly, the standard of farmers’ living is increasing day by day,the problem of regional differences of the net income of farmers become.,and Chongqing is a set of large cities, rural areas, a large reservoir area, mountainous and ethnic areas in one of the special municipality, the regional differences in the farmers’ income is obvious, this affects to chongqing urban and rural development, This thesis research chongqing "one circle and two wings" farmers’ income regional differences influence factors aims to:One is to reveal regional differences in chongqing farmers’ income changes and trends,another is analysis of chongqing "one circle and two wings" farmers’income regional differences influence factors.1. The contents of the thesis.(1) Based on data of the Statistical Yearbook of Chongqing rural residents’ income, in absolute terms, the growth rate, the calculation of the Engel’s coefficient index to describe the status of the farmers’ income differences in Chongqing City, "one circle and two wings".(2) By the mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and Theil index of four indicators to analyze the differences in farmers’ net income "one circle and two wings", demonstrated from the mathematical point of view of regional differences in farmers’ income(3) Two factors from the primary industry and human capital to its "one circle two wings" of farmers’ income.2, Research conclusionThis paper based on 2001-2010 data of the income of rural residents in all districts and counties of Chongqing Municipal Statistics department information, At the basis of causal validation, use linear regression model for time series of least-squares regression, the study of regional differences in net income of farmers has been done. The conclusions of the thesis as following:(1) The difference of farmers’ net income of "one circle two wings "is significant, the differences focus on the performance gap between the "one circle" with the "two wings", based on data collected, after calculation found, in the comparison of the absolute amount of them, Are all the "one circle" of farmers’ net income is greater than the "two wings", and because there is no significant gap in the growth rate of the net income of farmers in three regions, so over time the gap will become increasingly large. It can be found from the calculation of the Engel’s coefficient,the number of the counties which less than 0.48 in the "two wings" is much smaller than the number of the "two circle".(2) Granger test to analyze the growth of the primary industry on farmers’net income is not large, when the primary industry’s GDP growth by 1%, the farmers’ income in "two circle" increase of 0.5577%,the farmers’income of the northeast wing of Chongqing is increase of 0.4944%, farmers’income of the southeast of Chongqing wing is increase of 0.4752%.(3) Human capital is an important factor in raising farmers’ income, the coefficient of elasticity the investment in human to farmers’ net income of "one circle" is 0.8919, the northeast wing of Chongqing is 1.2218, the Southeast wing of Chongqing "to 1.1322. To increase investment in human capital in rural areas can greatly improve the income of rural residents3.The main policy Suggestions:(1) Promoting urbanization effectivly.On the one hand it must transfer the surplus population in the primary industry, speed up the urbanization. On the other hand we must maintain the steady growth of primary industry, after all, food production is related to national security and social stability. From the Source of income, to increase farmers’ income, mainly from the increase in wage income, property income and transfer income, household operations, income aspects, In the process of rural development, the primary industry of the working population should not too much. Because of agricultural production can not be a large increase in the short term, to increase in population engaged in agriculture, farmers’ personal income will be reduced.(2) Due to the contribution of the primary industry of the "one circle and two wings" farmers’ income is not large, So it can reduce the working population in the primary industry. The contribution to the income of farmers in the primary industry of the "two wings" is the lowest, and the rate of return of primary industry is very low, so is to reduce the "two wings of the primary industry population.(3)Develop human capital vigorously, give farmers the help in the education and training, policy can be appropriately tilted to the "two wings" of rural, increase investment in the region, let rural residents to increase spending for education and training, it can greatly improve the quality of the farmers to increase agricultural knowledge or job skills.
