Finance is the core of modern economy. Favorable financial ecologicalenvironment is the premise for the sustainable development of finance. It can not only effectively improve the development of society, economyand finance harmoniously, but also can promote the positive interactionbetween the financial and economic development.Based on the viewpoints of system theory, this paper undertaking theprinciple of system dynamics makes a dynamic analysis of the developmentprocess of financial ecological environment system in Guizhou Provincebetween the year of 2000 and 2015, and builds the SD simulation model offinancial ecological environment of Guizhou. The paper takes use of thismodel as the“Policy Simulation Laboratory”to improve the financialecological environment in Guizhou Province. By adjusting the relativeparameters in the mode, I make a research on the policy simulation. Andaccording to the results, the paper puts forward some suggestions forimproving financial ecological environment in Guizhou Province, andprovides some decisions as references for further optimizing thefinancial ecological environment. Meanwhile, the paper introduces theknowledge of system dynamics into the research of financial ecologicalenvironment in Guizhou Province, and constructs the SD simulation modelof financial ecological environment of Guizhou. The paper carries out anexploration on better polices for improving the financial ecologicalenvironment by taking advantage of this model to make a systematicsimulation study. This thesis combines the methods of the qualitative andquantitative analysis, and makes a serious analysis of the feedbackmechanism of the various financial ecological environment. Furthermore,it comprehensively constructs the SD simulation model by using thefollowing approaches, system dynamics modeling, systematic thinking, statistical forecasting, gray series modeling, and etc. The results areas following:(1) Financial ecological environment in Guizhou Province is gettingimproved, and there are some differences in the efforts made in differentperiods of improving financial ecological environment in Guizhou Province.Between the year of 2000 and 2015 in the model, along with the social and economic development of Guizhou Province, the intensity of efforts madeto improving financial ecological environment has been strengthened. Thefinancial ecological environment plays a“self-motivated”role in theimprovement aspect.(2) The improvement of Guizhou’s financial ecological environmenthas a cumulative effect. And this accumulation effect will be reflectedafter the completion of every“Five-Year Plan".(3) The policy simulation results show that there are differences notonly in the impact of various elements that exert on the financialecological environment, but also in the influence of different periods. In the period of 2000 and 2010, the element of legal environment exertsthe greatest impact on the financial ecological environment. But from 2011,the element of social integrity exercises the deepest influence on thefinancial ecological environment in Guizhou during the period of 2011 and2015. In general, during the“12th Five-Year Plan”period, the elementsthat impact on the financial ecological environment deeply are socialintegrity, followed by legal environment, public services of localgovernment, while the impact of the two elements, social security andsocial intermediary service is relatively weak. Finally, according to the simulation results, the paper puts forwardsome recommendations for improving the ecological environment in GuizhouProvince from four perspectives, namely economic development, promotionof social integrity’s building, improvement of legal environment, andthe conversion functions of local government.
