In the past years, Baoshang Bank implement three major reformsinclusive of the human resource recruitment, ability enhancing,human resource promotion. All of these measures bring the lever inHuman resource quantity and training quality. But according todevelopment of the bank’s revenues and asset, the bottle neck of thehuman resource management becomes apparent. The problem mainlylies in the lack of the strategy, lack of planning, no combination of thebank’s objective in longer and medium terms. Another problem alsocomes out in human resource recruitment and training systems.This paper absorbs the experiences form the commercial bankshome and abroad. It mainly analyses and summary the worthwhilemethods. Based on this, Baoshang bank’s strategy of human resourcemanagement comes out using the SWOT. And then, we design theobjective and principle of the strategy. Take the small and minienterprise division Baoshang bank as a example. This paper gives thesuggestions of mechanism of the human resource recruitmentpromotion and the assignment of the staff. Also it constructs thetraining system of the human resource management.Research works will continue in the area. Next we will specify the strategy and mechanism of human resource recruitment, abilityenhancing, human resource promotion. Construct the system ofappraisal in line with the training system.
