As the application of Internet becomes more and more common, the amount of customerswho choose to purchase online also has increased. From the e-commerce business enterprises’perspective, under the situation that traditional B2C websites have occupied more than half ofthe market, many newly developing B2C websites have also achieved certain progress rapidly byapplying diverse of creation, which form the new competition structure of the e-commercebusiness market. Confronting with the new features of Internet economy era, the homogeneityproblem of networking products has become increasingly serious, both the nature of e-commercebusiness market and the enterprises operating environment have changed enormously. Therefore,service, as the value extension of products, has become the important territory that manyelectronic business enterprises chasing for, and the essential tool for enterprises to implementdifferentiation.This paper analyses the newly developing B2C enterprises’service innovation in ourcountry, by demonstrating the theoretical system of service innovation and China’s newlydeveloping B2C enterprises’service innovation, combining with the feature of e-commercebusiness companies. According to the economic background and development properties of ourcountry’s newly developing B2C service innovation, we conclude that the central idea should bearound the creative thinking“customer-centric”, and companies should research the personalneeds of targeting customer group based on this thinking. We then generally summarize thenewly developing B2C enterprises’service innovation from five aspects: pattern, platform, brandand transaction method with demonstrating relevant cases. By analyzing the newly developingB2C websites’specific practice, we are trying to establish a more comprehensive researchframework for our country’s e-commerce business development trend under the new competitionsituation, in order to support the research of newly developing e-commerce business enterprises’service innovation.Service innovation of China’s newly developing B2C enterprises is essentially a servicedifferentiation, but its core strategic concept is“customer-centric”. Around this concept, in-depthanalysis of the potential demand of China’s newly developing B2C companies target customergroups to meet and guide the client’s unique individual needs, to enhance the goal of customersatisfaction and loyalty, and gradually establish a corporate brand, enhance the stickiness of the customer for the brand and rely on solid and extended enterprise share in the online shoppingmarket, this is the importance of service innovation in the newly developing B2C enterprises inChina. In addition, the newly developing B2C businesses to adopt a“customer-centric”serviceinnovation should also focus on to consider their own adaptability, because different e-commercebusinesses to take the market response and operational performance of the focus on serviceinnovation is different, according to the corporate brand positioning, the needs of target customergroups as well as their products and services in which the market environment for serviceinnovation suited to their development, so as to service innovation to maximize the worthy“customer-centric”innovative concept. Hope to contribute to the development of the newlydeveloping B2C enterprises.
