The Evaluation And Empirical Research Of Community Commerce Harmonious Development

The community commerce as an important supporting facilities of city is the result of city economic development. To a certain stage it’s prosperity harmonious development has played an important role in upgrading urban value and ensuring people basic life demand. The development of community business has caught wide attention of the whole society. It has become an important people’s livelihood project about social harmony, environmental livable, and social security. Diverse city life spur the diverse community business service. At present the development of community business thorough popular feeling. Community service function has substantially improved, commercial form and the number of commercial network is on the increase, enterprise class enhances unceasingly, operating performance, business mode and the range of services is gradually expanding. But at the same time, the development of business community has some of unharmonious state, such as the lack of scientific planning, insufficient outlets and imbalance of regional development, low class of overall community business class. The harmonious community is the harmonious society’s cells, and harmonious community business is the foundation of the harmonious community. Whether it’s development is harmonious and healthy or not is in relation to the interest of the people. Therefore, accurate judging and evaluating community business, finding the existing problems, taking timely measures to improve is of the most importance.At present the existing research of community business in domestic are limited to the normative research from the development situation, existing problems and countermeasures. Few related article is from the point of view of the harmonious angle about community business development or empirical research to the specific community as the research object. Through analysis of harmony and harmonious development theory, the paper put this theory to the development of community commerce, and build a harmonious community business development evaluation index system, and puts forward the corresponding evaluation method.This paper discusses the influence factors of the development of the harmonious community business, from environment factor, social factor, commercial factor to management factor, these elements of the complex relationship is the foundation of the theory of community business harmonious development. It seems from the analysis that the satisfaction of community business environment, the safe condition of community, the type of community business and the number of commercial network have an important influence on the community commerce development. On this basis by the method of combining the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, from the three aspects of environment, social and business, structure the harmonious development of comprehensive evaluation system including15evaluation indexes. Then use the AHP-Delphi(analytic hierarchy process and Delphi) and harmonious degree function to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the harmonious development of community business, and use the harmonious degree value as the final evaluation results. Finally choose two community (Hongshiban Community and Changzhengqiap Community in Gongshu District) for empirical research, use this evaluation method. The results confirm that the harmonious development evaluation method of community business is feasible.In the final section, according to the empirical research conclusion, put forward relevant policy suggestion from three aspects in the right lead of government, the pragmatic propulsion of development operators and the actively participation of community resident.Then the research results will built a certain theory and application value in promoting community business to a path of harmonious development.
