Research On Appraisal System Of Venture Capital Investment Based On Agricultural High-tech Achievements

China is relying primarily on agriculture, there is an efficient way to improve the level of people’s life which is to develop the technology of agricultural and transform to modern agriculture. At present, our country has not transformed to modern agriculture already. It will be the most important force in this process of transformation is using the high-tech of agriculture widely. There always ignore to evaluate the demand of market, which leads to the extension of agricultural high-tech achievements disconnection with production of agriculture. And lack the capital for the transformation of agriculture achievements, which also restrain from developing the modern agriculture in China. By introducing the venture capital investment to the process of agriculture science and technology achievement transformation, which it not only could solve the problem of capital for transformation process, but also could promote the agriculture production level. The venture capital investment seems be an incubator to help the innovation of agricultural science and technology. Therefore, building a system of evaluation which could adopt for actual condition in China is the mean to choose the high-tech achievements of agriculture in order to adopt the market demand and bring lots of economic benefits for investors who risk the investment fund. More important function of venture capital investment is to improve effectively to increase the rate of high-tech conversion and decrease the investment risk in its process. There is a great meaning to transition of modern agriculture successfully.The paper elaborate firstly foreign and domestic venture capital project evaluations are reviewed, and then China’s current development of agricultural venture capital is introduced. This paper analyzes the major characteristics of agricultural risk assessment and the risk characteristics of agricultural projects, leads to the need of risk investment in agriculture development. On this basis, draw on the outcome of investment projects evaluation index system. For the rebuilding evaluation system mainly analysis the index in eight aspects which from innovation ability, management team, business model, industry and enterprise’s position in the industry, operating status, financial situation, the financing situation and environment. Followed analyzing the related case by using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive estimation to verify, summarized the studies achievement and inadequacy undertook in this paper.
