In the year just closed,2011,due to the expiration of consumption stimulus policies, with the increasing raw material price, and the global economic downturn, the domestic market achievement glides, makes home appliance industry to feel desolate. While the loss of staff, the rise of labor cost is the major cause of appliance industry’ less competitive and development barrier.This paper select L company in Haier as the research object, combined with the large loss of staff in home appliance enterprise in Hefei Economic Development Zone, combined with" laborer barren" phenomenon, and company’own enterprise culture atmosphere, the use of foreign classical theory of personnel loss, Analysis on the macro factors which household electrical appliance industry’high rate of staff turnover from different angles, put forward to solve the staff turnover problem countermeasure and the measure:to promote rural management style, job skills training, develop ECU, carry out a effective strategies for staff chosen, satisfaction of the salary and welfare policy, a scientific evaluating system of achierement, change the human affairs system in enterprise and so on. On the macro and micro factors are identified, management and control on the basis of the staff turnover proⅡblem, put forward to solve the countermeasure and measure.This article also has many defects that can not be overcome, because L company has no influence for group policy, and by the manacle of group "imperfect policy framework, lack of human resources management innovation autonomy.The author hopes that the research can provide a theory evidence, inspiration and influence for home appliance enterprise’ management of human resource.
