With the opening of the 19 th national congress and the gradual deepening of financial reform,China's financial market has been further opened,attracting a group of foreign Banks into China's banking industry.Meanwhile,Internet Banks established by Internet giants have risen like a star,and the whole capital market has a great development trend.However,traditional commercial Banks are not only facing the increasingly severe financial supervision in the external environment,but also need to bear the huge pressure brought by market competition.Moreover,the continuous exposure of internal risk control problems,the great decline in performance growth and the increasing rate of staff turnover stimulate the development nerves of commercial Banks.As one of the most important resources of the bank,employees play an indispensable role in the bank's sustainable development strategy.The flow of personnel can bring a series of changes in management,capital and technology to the bank,but at the same time,the loss of personnel will also bring some losses to the enterprise.From a market perspective,employee turnover is inevitable.Generally speaking,if the employee turnover rate is normal in the strategic indicators of the bank,it will stimulate the development of the bank.On the contrary,high turnover rate will also leave many obstacles to the development of the bank.How to prevent the loss of staff,how to give full play to the advantages of the staff to generate a sense of belonging,how to resist the risk caused by the loss of staff,and how to ensure the promotion and implementation of the bank's development strategy are important issues facing commercial Banks.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper discusses the loss of bank staff.Taking WH branch of Rural Commercial Bank as an example,this paper adopts the methods of theoretical reference,social investigation analysis and comprehensive study of countermeasures to explore the working status of bank staff.At the same time,the paper also puts forward the measures to prevent the loss of personnel,it includes the regulation of employee management system training,remuneration,welfare,etc.,and thus provides a clearer trend for the optimal allocation and regulation of resources of WH branch of Rural Commercial Bank,as well as theoretical trend guidance for the adjustment of internal transformation of the domestic financial industry.
