Liao Ning PanJin Ruber Plastics Machinery Works is a large comprehensive enterprise which mainly products rubber machinery. With the rubber machinery industry and internal conditions changes recently, the enterprise’s internal and external environment has undergone great changes, but the enterprise has not been systematically studied enterprise development strategy. Therefore, based on enterprise’s internal and external environment information, this paper applies the theory of strategic management and strategic analysis tools carrying out Liao Ning PanJin Ruber Plastics Machinery Works development strategy research in accordance with the environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategic control.First, the paper introduces the research background, meaning, content and methods. Second, the paper analyzes the enterprise’s external environment using PEST analysis model and five forces competitive model analysis macro-environmental and industry competitive environment. Third, the paper analyzes internal conditions.Fourth, the paper comprehensively analyzes entrepreneurial opportunity and external threats, internal strengths and weaknesses, and makes entrepreneurial choice strategy using the SWOT and chose the company’s overall development strategy and functional strategies, and decomposition of the company’s strategic goals combined with the actual business. Fifth, according to the strategic business development objectives, the paper put forward strategy implementation steps, safeguard measures, strategy control measures and methods.
